Thing 11: IMing

This thing gave us a lot of neat resources ... like being able to IM via your browser and using browser-based IM aggregators.

Because I have a Yahoo mail account, I already had a Yahoo IM account. I went with that one to do my task of IMing the rest of the 23 Thingers. I'd created an avatar already, as well, so that was one less step to do.

I gotta say, my favorite part of this Thing was the IMing abbreviation resource page. Make sure you click the link for the smiley face abbreviations, as well. Too fun!!!! :0)

I created a meebo.com account for my browser-based IMing aggregator.
